Comments:
Today went so well! I was kind of nervous because last week was good but a little hard. Ronnie and I went with the group ahead of us and our pace was 7:10-7:20. We stayed together through the first mile but then the larger group pulled away a little. I felt great and stayed positive the entire time. I picked it up after the halfway point and still felt great. My splits were 7:10, 7:10, 7:05, 6:54. My heartrate was 188, but I didn't feel too fatigued. I was almost 30 seconds faster than last week but felt wayyyy better. I think in races I should start out slower and work my way up. It always scares me because I'm afraid I won't be able to speed up, but I'm going to try it. Then we did 3x300 on the track, lifted (Day 1..it was hard), did abs, stretched, and ice bathed.
