push day. only one of the week. bench press progress to 155lbs for 4x8. def very manageable, the reps were moving pretty dynamically. 5 sets was doable but i was just being wise by holding myself back. OHP plateau maybe? 2x8 thru, then 1x6. maybe the thick bar wasnt helping. i think ill try 100lbs for 5x5 and then increase volume from there

3x10 35lb laterals, then a 1x8 dropset to 25lbs for 8-10.

dips 4x12 w/ 1 chain. easy

25lb per side ez curl bar for 8 then like 7 hit failure dropped 10lbs for 8 more reps. fatigued the shit outta the tri's
