Weather: nice cool weather, mid 60s.

Comments:
felt pretty good today but my breathing was kind of offfff. i didn't hydrate enough but my legs felt amazing. ran a little warmup then went into a mile threshold on the track, then rested, then did a 400 meter thresholdish. then did a 3:00 fast pace around the part of the davidson campus. then did a mini cooldown.
