I was anxiously awaiting this workout for several days. Planned an extremely ambitious couple of sets. didn't quite make it through but it i hit my working sets easily so im happy with how today went.

210lbs for 5x8. the reps were pretty quick compared to usual. it went really well. the bar was putting a lot of stress on my left wrist but reps were deep and clean

now the trouble starts. 185 for 2x10. i was afraid to do high bar so i just went with low bar again. by the end of the 2nd set i was absolutely dying i knew i didnt have 10 reps in me. but i decided to just see what i can do. got pinned on the 10th rep and dropped the bar on the safeties. no shame.

165 woulda killed me so i went 155. 2x10 again. i was pretty delirious by now so i dont remember too much. and then just like 1x10 with 135. 135 didnt feel like air today since i hammered myself pretty hard. though i did low bar for the majority of it esp w/ heavier sets, its nice how much my quads got hit.
