Felt alright for first 2.5 miles. As pace increased under 5:50 started to feel it. with 1 mile to go started to fall back. Hr: 180.... Need to do core before workouts!!!!(day before)
3x300 accelerations felt great. fast but I wasnt out of air.
too much cool-down running.

strength training (Medicine balls + sand stuff)
core (Eagle 30 x 2)
ice bath (11 mins)

exhausted during classes today. Symptoms of anemia?? taking multi-vitamins, started this weekend.
