Didn't do anything today, except mowing the lawn for 2 hours. For the sake of slight walking exercise, I will call that 1 hour of activity. Besides that I only did some core, especially pull ups (25 of them) Still noticed clear pain on right IT band. Was a tiny bit better than yesterday, but I'm sure I needed this complete day of rest for IT band, even though I am not tired at all. Stretched normal amounts, including extra stretching for IT band. By this, I mean I didn't do so much more stretching for IT band, but I switched up the stretches. I only did the standing one once, and I did the sitting one with pushing down on one leg, and the sitting down with pulling one leg towards you. Stretched gently, right leg felt sore when pulling too hard.
