Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Swam for 10 minutes, of course it was hard to tell the length because it is not an official/long pool. Then I treaded water for 20 minutes straight, with no breaks or swimming in between. Finished with 5 minutes of easier swimming. There was almost no pain during the whole thing. The only noticeable thing was right IT band tightness during certain movements of treading water (like resting arms, taking long kicks with feet)
