Comments:
We picked up the pace a bit to a goal of 6:30 to 6:20, but my legs felt tired so we stayed on the high end of that range. I ended up hitting a heart rate of 160 at the end so I guess the pace was good! Still, 6:30 tempo pace is kinda slow, so I wanna work on getting that down while staying comfortable.
