Comments:
Did some core, and stretched normal amount, with different IT band stretches again. Noticed that pain in right IT band had improved, but was still pretty painful, like a 5 (out of 10) walking up and down stairs. Going down stairs is still more painful. However, just walking around produces almost no pain, like a 1 or 2. Lunges (I don't do them, just a gauge for pain) are still very painful, although not as bad, probably a 7 now. Swimming seemed to loosen things up a bit. Rolled on foam roller as well, which no doubt helped.
