Comments:
Only 3 minutes between end of bike and start of run. Ran 42:10 (roughly 6 miles) Felt pretty fresh, but I felt it in my quads from the bike at the beginning of my run. I also was feeling my quads at the end of the run, but it wasn't nearly as bad.
