injury prevention

felt some pain in the left rotator cuff/rear delts. possibly from pulling on the RDLs too much time under tension. although that felt more like a lat strain. so i did 4x8 with 130lbs on the tbar but called it quits after that to be on the safe side with my left RC. gonna rest the pulling movements for the rest of the week and it should get better. last time i had rotator cuff issues i took a week off and every thing was better.

this hurt while unracking the bar on bench press yesterday tho.
