Comments:
Ran negative splits. 22:00 for the 2nd half. Plus I had a hard half mile after the run trying to catch another runner. Just a few more days until the race and I feel that things are going nicely. I will need to hard one hard workout and a long run and that will pretty much wrap up training. Its just a matter of staying loose and fresh and healthy, hydrated and
