hills and miles

the intended workout:
1 mile hard
5x hill loop medium effort
1 mile hard

what i did:
~1200 hard (messed up the course)
5x hill loop hard (got really tired)
1 mile hard (maybe long, 5:27, exhausted)

anyways, it was a good workout because i worked hard. the times aren't super important, and i wish the first mile had actually been, because i felt really relaxed. the rest of the workout was kinda all over the place, but i think it'll come together for calvin.
