Easy run on Bay Trails + lifting

Comments:
did an easy 10K w/ Gary and Chad. Felt pretty good. Then I lifted in the gym (?!?!) with them and Adam. Did bench press with dumb bells (2x10 w/30lbs + 2x7 w/35 lbs)+2x5 pull-ups+some other little things+some ab work. Arms are sore, mostly elbows/triceps. need to do this more often!
