Way to Frederick was AWESOME! Wind at my back, feeling strong, averaging about 22mph the whole way. Went to Sports Authority to get Body Glide, Duet with Music for drumsticks, then hung out with Corey for about 20 minutes, then headed home. And boy was that a doozy. Not so bad until I turned onto Old Frederick, but that wind was killer! 14mph wind in your face makes it feel like you are biking uphill with flat tires...
