Weather: Pretty hot- cooled down a little towards the end
Comments:
I slept in so it was hot when I ran, which probably influenced my pace a little. It was a hilly run. I was hoping to get about a mile more, but I still hit 60 miles for the week. This was a pretty good run because it allowed me to work on running in the heat which is one of my weaker areas. Overall, I felt pretty decent.
