Comments:
Perfect evening out! Ran 2 miles out to Midland a soccer Club. Stretched and strides. Then 30:00 fartlek around soccer fields. 3:00 on-2:00 off x 6. Ran 5:45 to 5:55 pace in grass first three. Then on paved trail last three in 5:25-5:35 pace. 5:26 pace last two. Then just over two miles easy back home.
Felt pretty good and pushed a little last two. Right knee hurt worse today and very sore after.
