Comments:
ran mile repeats in the meadow. i really have no idea how good of a workout it was, but i felt pretty good. nicer weather than wednesday, but i was by myself, and doing coaches course from memory with no cones. i just did 3 minutes rest between. very consistent except for the third one. 5:32, 5:31, 5:39, 5:30, 5:29 i was really tired and probably waited like 20 minutes before cooling down and the bugs sucked.
