Indoor Workout

Comments:
It was raining, so we did an indoor loop on the second and third floors for about 30 minutes.
2 stations, one on 3rd floor, one on the second.
We would run from one to the other, and do the exercises there for about 5 minutes, and then switch again.
Lots of high knees, squats and jumps.
It was hard to keep up good form for some of them, but it went pretty well.
