3 days until race day. I feel more confident with each passing day. Keep focused, stay determined and continue to visualize the race at its various stages. Especially the late stages, the last three miles. Who is going to be there with me? How will it feel and how much is it going to hurt? A 35:00 10K is going to hurt and if I don't run that fast it may be an issue of me not willing to accept that much pain!
