rumor has it it's never been done before. that might be part of the reason why no one knows where the turnaround point is. barnes took us to a place, but i think it added about a minute to our total time. splits. 5:42, 5:28, 5:31, 6:09, 6:17, 5:41, 5:39, 5:30. hr was 160 despite a 5:20 pace last half. felt strong at the end. jogged to the track and did striders. felt great. tempos are my shit. back to veale.
decided on a new lift today. got out the lifting sheet from two years ago. it went well, even though it was pretty long.
