Weather: warm, sunny
Comments:
The course was nothing like the EJ Herman course. We ran on roads throughout the park for 90% of the race. This made it a lot faster but it wasn't the same as a typical cross country course. I did pr, ran a ridiculous first mile of 5:36 and then was at 11:54 at the 2 mile. The course had some hills but it was so smooth it didn't matter. Ran with a kid named Genarro for most of the race until he smoked me at the end. I like facing Proctor, they're always really nice. There was also one named Nick I talked too in the beginning. Overall a pretty good race.
