Comments:
hills with bounding section. felt pretty good through 7, was up with david and wyatt, then fell back a bit on 8 so i took 1 off then did 2 more with them for 10 on the day. close enough. probably my best hill workout, because usually i take the downhill/rest areas pretty easy, but today i figured it would be best to stay with the group so i did. it worked out well. my calves are real sore already. tomorrow's gonna suck. longer cool down.
