ran. ate a turkey club sandwich at 3pm cause i was starving. felt it quite a bit during the workout. ran anyways. bounds up part of the hill, then the normal loop. 12 times. worked hard. got really tired. 4 mile cooldown. circuit lift, then bear, static 3, icebath.
