Comments:
400s on the track today - pretty nice day for some speed work, light winds and warm, but not hot temps. Did two sets of 4 400s with about 45 seconds rest in between and a few minutes rest in between sets. The end aside (read about that in my note) it was a good workout. I was going to do 10 reps overall, but after I got kicked off the track, I lost interest in the last two. Splits below.
