Comments:
I'm not entirely sure of the total mileage today, but I had a fine day of training. We went to Ft. Reno for drills, the to Brandywine for four striders, three hill repeats (and part of another one in which I ran next to Gillian who out-kicked me) with a recovery going back down. We then went to the hill of death doing it once, going back to school via Connecticut, Van Ness and Wisconsin. I must say, I felt pretty strong, but like most workouts, this one reinforced my complete lack of speed, as we were supposed to sprint at the top.
