Comments:
piss poor sleep, no stims, thick awkward feelin bar, and coming otu of a boring class. this all made 220lbs feel heavier than it shoulda. hit 3x8 though, that was the bare minimum. im fine with it. next time i stim up i cuold prolly hit like 5x8.
3x185 stiff leg deads again. pretty good destruction of the hammies when paired up with 4 sets of ham curls at 2x10 w/ 90 then 2x15 with 75.
