Comments:
the start of the 2.55 is when I started walking. then I started running again. for the entire 7+ miles, I walked some of it. either I didn't walk that much or I was running really fast, because my average pace wasn't that bad.

should not run more than 5+ after not running anything for weeks. oh well leaving for UCLA tomorrow! :OOO
