Weather: Cloudy and cool

Comments:
Good race. Good pacing and felt great.
19:11, much better than the last two.
I feel like I'm back on schedule, back to where I was at the end of last year.
5:40 on the first mile, so a bit too fast.
12:15 on the second, so a little slower
and 18:5X on the third.
Not great splits, but I think the race went well nontheless.
My preparation method worked great, I got plenty of sleep and plenty of food and water 2 nights before. Oatmeal, a banana and 2 peices of toast for breakfast.
I think Ill stick to that preparation, and the rest of the season should be good
