Exercise Type: Run

Plan was to run first 6 normal and last 6 at projected marathon pace. Ended up starting too fast and closed about 10 seconds/mile under race pace. Overall felt pretty smooth although a bit more effort exerted than I wanted. Still, the pace I hit today is about exactly what I want to run next weekend. This was an encouraging workout because I've been down on my training recently (and for good reason). I've just been so busy that I haven't gotten in the requisite long runs. Also positive to note that my knees felt fine today. Plantar fasciitis still there in my left foot, but it isn't severe enough to run through for one more week.
