Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I just got out of bed, had some corn flakes, a bagel and orange juice and soon set off for a relaxed run. My hamstrings, however are killing me and I feared for my knee which hurt on Friday night and last night, but felt no pain there. A gratifying soreness, I would say. I did 1 minute of six inches, flutter kicks and scissors kicks each followed by a set of 20 pushups and finished with a 4-minute plank.
