Great Hill Workout

Comments:
Ran up to the top of Minihans hill 6 times going pretty damn near all out at the crack of dawn. Really focused on treating my body as a machine, trying to extract every ounce on energy and speed by going on my toes, pumping my arms, cycling the legs, etc. All really strong except the 5th one with was fine.
