Had to pee the whole time I was swimming, but with no direct access to a skookum, I just got on the bike. Started out great, little bit of tailwind. First was a 20ish mile out-n-back, finally hit an aid station with a skookum right as we turned onto the loop we would then complete twice. Felt like a nice person after a pee, and was able to crush the bike. Just felt really really good overall. Crosswind at first, then we turned into it for about 15 miles or so. After a patch of crappy road the last 18ish miles of the loop was PERFECT. Very smooth road, beautiful scenery through the wildlife refuge, and a tailwind. No mechanical issues (thank you Lord!), though I did lose both my water bottles; I emptied them so I subbed them out for sport cap water and g-ade bottles :/
