Weather: 65 and so so nice!
Comments:
Ran 3 miles before practice and then ran with my women's team the following fartlek.
2-3-4-5-5-4-3-2 on with 1-1-2-2-2-1-1 off between
Ran about 6:45 pace first half and then 6:10-6:20 pace second half. Great workout for them. Most in trails on campus.
About a 1/2 mile cool down for 10.3 on the day!
