rack pullin' again. 135 and 225 for sets of 5 warm up from the ground. pinned 315 onto the 3rd hole, pulled it 8 times easy. 365 for 2 working sets? maybe 1. i forgot how many times i did it. but it was 5 reps. prolly just one set. then 385 for a set of 5. def better than last week. 4 big plates at 405lbs and i pulled it 3 times off the rack. good freakin shit. makin gains. then did 5 reps of 315 off the ground, felt easy as fuck. maybe i can go without straps next time on that set.

pull ups first to give the low back a break. i think i did 3x8 with the heavier chain though. neutral grip while vennaro did wide grip. that kids a pull up fiend. my 3rd set might ahve been a dropset onto bodyweight. 4-4.

tbar rows. by now my CNS was pretty worn and my biceps were shot. 3 plates on the tbar though. did a set of 6, then 3x5. that springy power feeling was def not there but i managed. and got pretty good contractions of the back.

i called it a workout here. hate curls. didnt do them. i think its the first time i actually felt like i got a pump in my back/lats.
