W/ Gary. Very sore and tired from Saturday. Legs are pretty dead. Struggled through it. Might have felt better if we went faster but Gary was struggling. Felt better last mile or so. Also lifted with Aaron afterwards. Did Back, abs, biceps. working out is hard...
