This was a weird one. Felt really heavy and out of breath the whole time, not sure if from yoga or soreness from yesterday. Just trying to maintain at this point don't want to get injured. Knee felt pretty good once I got going. 4.5 800s @ I 75 seconds rest. Maybe I just hate running here.
