Today's workout was soooooo long. It went pretty well though. I was with Allison and Juliana. We did 1:30 on, 2 minutes rest (6 times), 1:00 on, 1:30 rest (6 times), :30 on, 1:00 rest (6 times). I think I pushed myself really well. It was kind of exhausting.
