Comments:
My tempo was super fast today, and kind of felt awful. I went with Brooke, Evy, Lydia, and Dana, which was scary, but I only did three miles instead of four. We were 6:20 at mile 1, and around 6:35 at mile 2. I fell off after that. I just remember trying to focus on Kayla's feet, but after the second mile I felt like my legs couldn't move anymore. If I would have run 200 more meters (a 5k), my time would have been a second slower than my race at Calvin, which is nuts because I felt like I ran really fast at Calvin. My whole body kind of hurts now, and the 3x300s were really hard. Then I lifted, did abs, stretched, and ice bathed.
