It was really hot out but I still ran pretty well. Sometimes I feel tight but other than that I didnt feel any pain. Did I mention that I have not been wearing my belt at all anymore? I feel strong enough to not wear it so thats exciting. Maybe I mentioned that before but I cant remember!
