tempo. a little slower than last week. in the morning. ran with wyatt. felt relaxed. splits were kinda inconsistent on the way out, but evened out around 5:39 on the way back. finished in 5:30. hr 164. strides at the track, and back to veale. lift day1, abs, stretch.
