Comments:
Wish I took some gloves. Me and mike did louser around 7 15ish and then finished through the quittie and did some hill sprints. Boy has mike slowed down. I would say it is because he is fatter then usual, but golly is he one emaciated S O B. Felt good today, did some air humping after the run because I was not sore, so now my hammys are sore AF.
