Comments:
uneventful. didn't feel awesome- i think i was a little dehydrated. worked hard though. 11 hill loops with bounds. my hip flexors were kinda feeling it. cooled down around campus. got kinda dizzy towards the end. got some food and water, then did a circuit lift upstairs. stretch, ibis x30, hips, icebath.
