Medium day w/ kids; then big workout

Comments:
Ran about 7 1/2 miles with Charlie, Jamie, Chadd, and Trevor. Took the Unquity trail to Scotts woods and back on Randolph going hard (for them) at a good low-7's clip once we got out of the woods still we reached campus. That left me a bit tireder than I realized, until I started the workout.

1600 - 5:42 (85's)
3200 - 11:36 (87's)
3200 - 11:44 (88's)

Still a solid effort. I was really proud of myself for stick to the last one and shortening the workout. Lets started feeling pretty fatigued toward the end of the first 3200. Very slow cool down.
