missed just the last 2 reps. got spotted by hooch on the 7th rep. bench progress seemed to slow down alot all of a sudden. surprise! lol i want to do 165 though. body needs a new stimulus.

ohp was tough again. ehh. did some drop sets and shit. next time i might try some front raise supersets to hammer the front delts a bit harder.

40lb laterals. 2x6, 2x8, then NOS. 40s heavy as fuck. lots of body momentum but good stimulation on the lateral delts

didnt do tri's today, felt like maybe i could benefit from cutting volume back on the tri's today
