hills. supposed to be with bounding but barnes told me not to do it because of my calf. he also said to see how downhills felt and maybe take those slow. i ended up doing 8 hills, but the downhills were pretty slow as it did hurt my calf a bit. not a thrown away workout i guess. felt better than monday at least.
