I'm getting fat

weight is steadily and definitely increasing.
hit fully 3x8 with 3 plates on the tbar row. i did a dropset for 8 more reps with 2 plates. honestly can't remember if that was on a 4th set or not...
pullups felt tough though. 2x8 with a large chain, which i think for sure weighs more than 30lbs. then a set of 4-4 dropset to bodyweight. then a set of just bodyweight.
1 arm row. 4x12 with 70. brutal man. cuz thats 24 reps perset since its isolateral.
as much as i didn't want to, i curled. 3x8-10 with 25lb plate on each side of the ez bar. i look a lot thicker in the mirror now.

can't wait to squat 2 big plates for many reps tmw!
