Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
swam today. barnes said it would probably just do my calves good to let them rest and swimming usually loosens up your muscles too. aqua jog and some laps. i hadn't had an off day in a while so i guess it might help. a little disappointed this is when my calf started to hurt though, i had been feeling pretty good. it felt better today, but i didn't run on it so its harder to tell. and hopefully it feels good on saturday.
