225lbs again finally! hit 5x8 with more left in the tank!!!! very very satisfied.
went to stiff leg deads for 3x10 with just 145. really get that hammy stretch. then did 3x10 with 90lbs on the ham curls. that shit was easy. which means, hamstring gains! then 2x15 easy w/ 70lbs.
back in the squat rack! did front squats!!! 135 for like 3x10. really cool exercise!!!! ill be doing front squats more!!!!
hit calves pretty hard.
