Everyone wanted to lift today! Okay not everyone but Lindsey x2 and Sahar joined Ana and I today for shoulders and abs.
3x10 shoulder press (20,20,20)
3x10 front, lateral, wing raise (8,8,10) with 50 bicycles, 15 jack knives, and 25 russian twists
3x10 leg raises with 25ea oblique hip raises
